I have been running my new ezidry just about non-stop to help take care of our seasonal excess of plums and apples. So far fruit roll ups are a winner! So easy to make with the solid trays. I am totally sold on this appliance. Super easy to use. I have 9 trays and 9 solid sheets. Next we will do some apple pieces and some plum pieces. Great to have a way to preserve fruit that makes it into healthy snacks. Bonus is that the kids are enjoying the process too, and getting the recipe tasting right has been their best challenge! Used the sheets and was easy clean up and the fruit came away with nothing stuck
