Ezidri

I inherited a second hand ezidri many years ago and wore it out, after taking advantage of bumper crops from our orchard and veggie garden. I had no hesitation to purchase a new one and the main difference is the digital functions instead of manual. It, like it's predicessor is fabulous and wouldnt be without it. I look forward to many years of service from this unit as I had from the last. Cheer, Lois.

Purchased after trying 2 other types of dehydrators. One had the engine go. The other the shelves broke due to brittleness.
This product is solid. I bought extra trays and love the fact that the air circulates and there is no need to move trays to get uniform dehydration. Also love the ability to set the timer for automatic shut off.

Thank you for sending the trays. They were perfect and I was really pleased to be able to purchase new ones as the trays that I have need replacing which I will do a few at a time. Great quality.

The best kitchen aid for prepping apples to dehydrate. Such a pleasure.to use and made the job a whole lot easier. Happy with purchase.

We bought this mainly to produce beef jerky as we have a sports focussed teenage boy eating us out of house and home! I was tired of paying over $10 for 100 grams of beef jerky that had who knows what added to it in the production process. In less than two weeks we have used it to produce a significant amount of healthy jerky that seems to disappear no sooner I make it. The unit is so easy to use and will pay for itself from the savings of buying store bought jerky. Looking forward to using it for fruit etc. We just love it and its great to support a NZ based business

With our apple trees pumping out the fruit, I was overwhelmed on keeping up with the produce, and our old peeler slicer corer had crapped out. My well-meaning other half bought a not-very-cheap knock-off which failed to do it's job right from the start, so I went to Ezidri, as I knew they produced a great dehydrator, and other reviews for this were great. It arrived quickly, and most of my crop was saved into delicious dried rings in no time - it works perfectly and is nice and robust. I expect I'll get years of service from it. And as a bonus, friends have wanted to help out as it's fascinating how it works. I expect they'll also be placing an order. Win-win!

Great Dehydrator i had the original model for 30years ,so i hope the digital version will last as long . i gotten straight into it with my existing trays,so now i did 13 trays at a time.

Product stacks up to what is advertised. Well made and fit for purpose. I will get lots of use as I have also done with the rest of the dehydrator. A really quick delivery from order to receiving. Many thanks.

Much bigger than I expected, with loads of space on each tray. The unit is powerful so things dry quickly. A great investment

I have had an apple processor for years. It was infuriating! The suction pad would not stay attached to the worktop, it was very light and flimsy. I looked everywhere on the internet, but could not tell if the products offered were any better than the one I had already, they all looked exactly alike. I have had an Ezidry dehydrator for years and it is as good as the day I bought it and it has had some hard work, so I decided to trust in Ezidry and order their apple preparer. It weighs almost 50% more than my old flimsy one. It is solid, sticks to the bench without fail and races through the apples, it is AMAZING, thank you Ezidry.

What a wonderful machine Ive written two glowing reviews, only for review to get lost. So couldnt be bothered doing 3rd review... But i must as it's so perfect. Best advice I can give is Get the bigger model 1000..

Awesome drier. I've had two of the snack maker models over the years. Fingers crossed the digital 1000watt model is as impressive, and well made as the origional dial model. Just dried 10 trays of ripe figs, and they turned out perfect. I store them in the freezer. Great way to process alot of produce. Wish I'd bought the 1000 watt version 35 odd years ago, when I bought my first Harvest Maid. Well done team for making such a great drier.
