Ezidri

Absolutley love these sheets- have made dried fruit strips, and i use one at bottom on main tray to catch any drips when doing biltong, good quality plastic.

Enjoying using it and its capacity. Still learning about dehydrating times, but definitely helping with the glutton of fruit on our trees this year.

Excellent machine. Easy to use. Well insulated, so more economical on power. Easy to clean. Quieter than some machines I've seen.

I've used this twice since it arrived about a week ago. I have dried banana slices and dried tomato slices. I used the puree mats for both. They took a little longer than my old dehydrator, likely because I used the puree mats, instead of the grate trays. These puree mats are easy to clean! This is also quieter than my previous dehydrator.

Order arrived very quickly.

Perfect fit and a great addition to my Ezidri snackmaker. It does not effect the drying time or outcome, but obviously I can dry more fruit in one go.

This is an amazing little piece of equipment . We are fighting for our turn to use it and we have dried a whole tree worth of apple slices this year.

We bought the new FD1000 to replace our 40 year old earlier model which developed a faulty fan. Simple to use, love the digital controls, it's easy to clean and makes our fruit and veggie harvest last all year which the family love. A great product.

This product is fantastic quality for the price - solid, sharp, easy to use. Makes dealing with apples fun! Highly recommend.

Works so well, we have already tried dehydrated apples, pineapple,bananas, capsicum, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms and fruit leather, just to see how well it works and everything dries evenly from top to bottom trays. Very glad we bought the mega pack. So easy to use. We are also very pleased we bought the apple peeler. If you have apple trees you will not regret getting the apple peeler.It takes just a few seconds for it to peel, core and slice all in one go. It is extremely well made.

We have been using this machine for a number of years. It replaced a couple of earlier models so we are long term users -maybe 15+yrs. The controls are simple and what they don’t say is that if you don’t make it back at the end of the programmed drying time, the machine drops the temp and keeps the fan going in a cool-off/limbo function.
We have 20 trays but have borrowed extras and run 30 on odd occasions …
I recently had fruit dehydrated in 2020 - 5.5yrs old & perfect. . I’ve never used any preservatives - only prep is just cut fruit and place on racks. 24hrs@ 55C. We store in 1kg yogurt containers.
Totally recommend these units …

A must for anything liquid - fruit leather in particular. the curved edges hold more too for thicker leather. I mucked around with cutting baking paper each time that would still stick and rip, what a waste of time that was compared to these sheets.

Easy to use, is so fast, magic

Love my new Ezidri! Have made a couple of batches of “to die for”(apparently) Chilli Venison Jerky. An absolute hit in my home. I’ve always had a dehydrator starting with the old Harvest Maid. The Ezidri has been significantly upgraded with lovely easy to use technology. Love that you can set the temperature and time now rather than guessing. Awesome investment!!
