Overview. This website is operated by Hydraflow Industries NZ Ltd, trading as Ezidri ("Ezidri", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting www.ezidri.co.nz and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using our site. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants to use the site. You must not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, transmit malicious code, harass others, or interfere with the site's security.

Products, pricing and availability. We try to display products/prices accurately, but colours and details may vary by screen and availability is not guaranteed. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout (NZD for www.ezidri.co.nz) and include GST where applicable. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit or refuse any order. Promotions and bundle pricing may be varied or withdrawn at any time.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it and confirm acceptance by dispatching the goods or emailing you. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. out of stock or pricing error), we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Third-party links and services. The site may link to third parties or use third-party services (payment providers, couriers, review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your personal information. Governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (incl. under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Australian Consumer Law). Where liability can be limited, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Where you acquire goods for business purposes, the consumer guarantees legislation does not apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity. You indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. Mandatory local consumer laws (Australia/EU) that apply to you are not affected.
