COMPATIBILITY
Will my old Harvest Maid trays fit the new FD1000?
Yes. The current FD1000 is fully compatible with trays and accessories from older Harvest Maid and earlier Ezidri models. Many of our customers have been using the same trays for 30 to 40 years.
ACCESSORIES
What's the difference between FD500 and FD1000 sheets?
The FD1000 solid sheet and mesh sheet are 345mm in diameter. The FD500 solid sheet and mesh sheet are 315mm in diameter. They are not interchangeable, so make sure you order the right size for your model.
WARRANTY
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us by email or phone with your proof of purchase. If the unit is faulty, we'll arrange a replacement base or repair. In most cases we send a replacement out quickly and include a return label for the faulty unit.
BASE REPLACEMENT
Can I buy just a replacement base unit?
Yes. If your old base has stopped working but your trays and accessories are fine, you can order just an FD1000 base. Get in touch with us directly for current pricing and availability.
SAFETY
Is it safe to leave the Ezidri running overnight?
The Ezidri is designed to run for long periods. Make sure it's in a well-ventilated space, nothing is covering the unit, and the cord is safely out of the way. Check the instruction manual for a full list of safety guidelines.
COMMERCIAL USE
Can I use the Ezidri for a small food business?
Many small NZ food businesses use multiple Ezidri units for production. Note that the standard warranty does not cover commercial use. Get in touch if you'd like to talk about bulk orders or commercial requirements.
