Used up all my granny Smith apples and dried them in the hydrator. They are sweet and sour at the same time. Really delicious and happy I bought the EziDri Snackmaker

With the use of mandolin I am dehydrating the last of home grown persimmons. They come out crisp like potato chips when dried on mesh sheets🤗👍🏻
