Halloween Dehydrated Pita Chips with “Blood Dip”

Halloween is the season for some freaky playful party food. What Youll Need

            6 Pita bread, cut into wedges

            Olive oil spray

            Smoked paprika or Moroccan seasoning

            Salt to taste

            1 tub of ready-made hummus

            1 vacuum-packed bag of cooked beetroot (or canned beetroot, well drained)

Step 1: Make the Chips

Slice pita bread into even wedges. Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika or Moroccan seasoning. Arrange the wedges on your Ezidri trays in a single layer.
