Pizza and chilli oil are the perfect match. We love to drizzle a little over our pizza to add a lovely subtle spice but it would work equally well with pasta or Asian dishes.
Ingredients:
8 hot fresh chilli’s, cut down the midline
500ml extra virgin olive oil
Method
Simply place the chilli’s onto your Ezi Dry tray and dehydrate at 55ºC for 8 hours until completely dry.
Then add the chilli’s to a clean glass bottle. Pour over your olive oil and allow the flavours to mingle for at least 3 weeks before using.
