- Small clean jars
- Twine and labels.
- Raw Sugar
- Tequila Pineapple, Lime, Mint
- Gin-Lemon, Ginger, Rosemary
- Vodka-Strawberries, Mint, Lemon
Method
- Slice all your fruit thinly and place onto Ezi Dri dehydrator trays.
- Use a mesh liner for smaller fruit and the herbs.
- Dehydrated at 55°C for B hours or until completely dry and crisp.
