Ingredients:

3 cans chickpeas, drained
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
1 teaspoon salt

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and place on an Ezi Dri drying rack lined with a mesh sheet.
Dehydrate at 45ºC for 10 hours.
Store in an airtight container.
