Protein bars are a popular snack choice for those seeking to up their protein intake and satisfy hunger, and this homemade version is a much better choice than most protein bars found in the supermarket, which tend to contain lots of unnecessary and nasty food additives. Packed with protein from peanuts and protein powder, they offer a balance of energy helping to fuel workouts and curb hunger between meals. The natural crunch of roasted peanuts adds texture and flavour, making these bars not only functional but enjoyable to eat. They are a convenient source of plant based protein, fibre and healthy fats. Whether for fitness enthusiasts or anyone on-the-go, crunchy peanut protein bars provide a wholesome, tasty way to stay nourished.
